This is another collection I've always wanted to do. The overarching theme (aside from the seasons themselves) is that of the cycle from child, to maiden, to mother, and to crone. This natural rhythm syncs up with the world around us and I wanted to portray that in a more natural style. I decided for this collection I would experiment with the style of Art Nouveau. I'm trying to broaden my horizons when it comes to style in my work. Each portrait was released on their matching solstice in the year 2018 and are currently available in print here.
