Ms. Mummy
A little pinup mummy I thought would be super cute to partner up with my other print Ms. Witch. I've wanted to make sure I slipped a mummy in for at least one of my pictures this month and I'm happy with how she turned out. What do we think? Prints are available at Redbubble.com/people/MariahL If you would like to support future project consider becoming a patron at Patreon.com/MariahLStudios . Wired
I guess I had a thing for eyeballs tonight. So this was a slight interpretation from the Numenera character sheet. It's a crazy cool character sheet with all sorts of designs on it, including, what to me, looked like an eye with a wire coming out of it. Coming from a sci-fi game that felt really appropriate. So I drew it. It makes me a bit uncomfortable but I think it turned out cool so I'm sharing. What do we think? -xoxo mbl

The Great Eye
So today (which at this point in time is technically yesterday) a couple of our characters in Numenera talked to a semi-ethereal eyeball from the moon. Sounds absolutely nuts right? Anyway, I thought it was a neat concept so I through this out. This is Mikel's favorite from tonight and possibly mine too, this is another I would like to revisit and complete at some point. What do we think? -xoxo mbl

Go Ghouls! Undead Cheerleader
This little cutie I thought would be super fun to sketch up in a very stylized way. She makes me think of Saturday morning cartoons. I think this is a character I would revisit to draw out because she turned out sooo super cute! What do we think? -xoxo mbl

Evil Vampire Unicorn
Sketch dump incoming! I have a couple sketches to make up for my lack of posting lately. I have enough to catch back up and be back on track. This first one is an "Evil Vampire Unicorn." The idea came up from a little name game posted by Sugarhai, a super cute clothing design company I follow. He turned out a little wonky but it was a quick sketch just for giggles. Character Concept
This lovely lady with the sweet face isn't what she seems. Hopefully when we rotate back to playing Vampire I plan to play her as a Ventrue as a member of the Ordo Dracul. I suppose for many of you that is a bunch of gibberish. Anyway I really like her and I thought that she turned out cute for a little sketch and wanted to share! Cats of Ulthar
To keep up with the spook factor I decided it was time to make an illustration for my newest favorite by H.P. Lovecraft "The Cats of Ulthar." A great story that resolves with a multitude of cats from the village of Ulthar ceremoniously killing and eating an elderly couple that had been viciously killing cats for no reason. I think the funniest part about the picture itself is that it perfectly fits the comforters and pillows. What do we think? Prints, journals, comforters and

Cooking Witches
Hello everyone! I hope you like this newest edition. I wanted to make something sugary sweet for this picture. We have a sweet grandma witch with her little grand-witches learning how to mix up the meanest batch of toadstool cookies. It makes me think of illustrations you see in children's books. What do we think? Prints are available in my store at Redbubble.com/people/MariahL and we have just a little longer on the sitewide 20% off deal using code: SPACE20 at checkout! If y

Bent Neck Lady
It's been a few days since I finished the series The Haunting of Hill House with Mikel. I thought it was a wonderful series and if you haven't watched it...why??? Go start it now! I loved the show and decided to make this of the Bent Neck Lady that is one of many haunts of the house near the mysterious door to the "red room." There was so much I found to love with the series including the fact that the creators mentioned that there are somewhere between 8-10 ghosts in the bac

Spoopy Time!
Hello everyone! Time is fast approaching for Halloween! It's been a crazy fun weekend for me and I hope to pass that on with this jaunty skeleton that I've titled "Spoopy Time." It was a family filled weekend from helping my mum out at a craft fair to going to the haunted houses of Albion with Mikel's mother and sisters. It's been a lot of fun. This has meant that I haven't had much to draw but it was worth it. What do we think of our skeleton friend? Have you ever been to Al
